Can´t see disabled projects

I recently updated MantisBT to the following specifications:

MantisBT Version: 2.26.3
Database Schema Version: 211
PHP Version: 8.2.23
Database Driver: mysqli
Database Version: 11.4.3-MariaDB
Site Path: /var/www/html/mantisbt/
Core Path: /var/www/html/mantisbt/core/
Plugin Path: /var/www/html/mantisbt/plugins/

After the update, I am encountering an issue where the Projects tab only displays enabled projects. I am unable to see or manage disabled projects, which were visible in the previous version (2.25.5).

I’ve found similar issues reported for older MantisBT versions, and it appears that those issues were addressed in CVS and subsequent releases.

Any assistance or insights on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

This is a bug introduced in 2.26.3.
For the moment, use 2.26.2 or wait until this issue is fixed https://mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=34618

Good afternoon,

I followed the MantisBT issue described in the link provided and applied the proposed fix from note 0069163. The disabled projects are now visible again. Although I couldn't test the performance under heavy loads because our projects don’t have any subprojects, it is working as expected. Thank you very much for taking the time to read our posts and for verifying and fixing the issue if necessary.

P.S. I was unable to sign up for a new account in MantisBT, which is why I couldn’t interact there. If possible, please pass my thanks on to the development team.

I never received the email confirming my account. When I try to sign up again, it says the username is already in use. Additionally, when I try to recover the password, it says the provided information does not match any registered account. Maybe I misspelled something

There is a user on bugtracker with the same user name like you, but a completely different e-mail address than the one you are using in forum.
This user registered in 2010.
So you have to use another user name in our bugtracker to register an account.

Thanks for taking a look at this, but the user I created yesterday was evanegas.solinfo because it said that evanegas was alredy used just as you tell me.

There was a typo in your email address.
I changed the address to the one you use in forum.
You should have received email to set your password.
