Closed issue still shows "add reactions"

Hi,

I'm guessing this is configuration I'm looking over. I just noticed on my instance it shows the UI to add a reaction on closed issues. When I type a reaction and click "add reaction", it gives APPLICATION ERROR #1103.

But when I check on https://mantisbt.org/bugs/my_view_page.php (https://mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=35284 for example), that option is not even there. That seems better (shouldn't that be default?). How do I configure that?

I'm on version 2.28.1 (update to 2.28.4 is planned later this month)

Check settings "Status where an issue becomes read only" and "Update readonly issues" on page Manage > Configuration > Workflow Thresholds.

Maybe the difference is just that you are a "REPORTER" on mantisbt.org, but have a higher access level on your own instance.
