Summary	0010621: Send Mails when move issue of proyect
Description	When I report a new Issues in my proyects the admin of proyect receive a mail, the problem is that if a issue change of proyect the admin don't receive a mail. I don't know if it's a issue or a new features.

emartin 2009-06-25 11:32 reporter ~0022261	I move a issue from ProjectA to ProjectB and the admin or manager of ProjectB don´t receive mail when it's configurate for it.
