Re-phrased the bug report. I think the email should be sent to all relevant users. For example, the users who wrote notes, the handler of the issue, etc. This will be based on configuration similar to emails sent for other events. In the case that a Mantis instance is configured so that MANAGERS and above should get a notification when an issue is modified/moved, typically we will send such notification to the managers of the new project but the managers of the old projects wouldn't get a notification that the issue has been moved. I am basing that on the fact that currently when an issue is re-assigned from developer A to B. Developer B gets a notification but not A. |
