Please use English to report issues. |

Sorry. Good afternoon. I want to know how to select the fields that will be printed from the print section of an incident. Thanks and regards. |

I don't understand the issue. You mentioned "In the configuration of each field". Which configuration do you mean with it? |
Is this a problem with custom fields and the 'Read Access' option ? |
Good morning. In the attached images you can see the custom fields. In the second picture you can see the configuration of one of the fields you do not want to appear. In in read access is selected Administrator. But accessing the system with an account of reporter and enter the print page, I listed all the custom fields. I wish I could select the custom fields you do not want to appear on the printed page. Sorry that catches are not in English. Thanks and regards. |
I am not complete sure if I understand what you mean. But you set priority to "high". |
Exáctamente, ese es el problema. |
Exactly, that's the problem. Sorry for spanish ;) |
Actually, the print page does NOT display data, only the custom field label (see attached 15528-1.png) |
Perfect! And there would be no way to not be shown on the printed page? |
Marking as 'acknowledged' not resolved/closed to track that change gets ported to master-2.0.x branch |

Print pages: don't show custom fields user has no access to Prior to this, if a custom field's 'read' access level were higher than the user's access, the print pages would display the field's label (but not the data). This behavior is not consistent with how this situation is handled in the View Issue page, where the field is not shown at all. For consistency, we now skip the of the custom field users have no read access to in the print pages, so that nothing is displayed. Fixes 0015528 |
