Summary	0025563: Subprojects of a disabled project are not accesible through projects menu
Description	When having a project A, with subproject B: if A is disabled, B doesn't appear in the projects menu selector, so it can't be selected to work as current project. However, the project B is still usable by any other means.

123 2019-04-08 10:55 reporter ~0061863	Apparently here the same question as with disabled users. How can I filter the list of issues for disabled projects? Can add in the advanced filter parameter "Projects"? In a simple filter, leave it as it is, and in the extended filter, allow adding additional projects to the current filter, including disabled ones.

Some time ago I had to add my plugin with the function of disconnecting nested projects when the parent is disconnected. Unfortunately, at that moment I did not notice that MantisBT already stops displaying embedded projects if their parent is disabled. In general, I am in favor of eliminating this ambiguity.
