Summary0028861: Incorrectly configured saraiki language
Description

Saraiki (skr-arab) translations were added in 2018 MantisBT master 460c342d, but the strings file was incorrectly named strings_skr-arab.txt instead of strings_saraiki.txt, and the configuration ($g_language_choices_arr, $g_language_auto_map) was not updated so the language can't be used.
