Summary0029026: Language checks should warn about languages not defined in config
Description

TranslateWiki.net sometimes adds brand new languages; we need to make sure that these are properly defined in

  • $g_language_choices_arr
  • $g_language_auto_map

Otherwise, they are not usable in Mantis.
