Summary	0028955: Tilde appears as a dash
Description	On any browser, a tilde (~) appears as a dash when the font size of Open Sans is set to 13. This issue has been thoroughly discussed here (https://github.com/google/fonts/issues/399), and a solution is finally here to solve this problem. Are there any plans on putting the new Open Sans fonts in Mantisbt? Thanks in advance! Regards.
