Custom fields are showing when resolving issues form despite not checking the option to show

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a new custom file as administrator
  • Uncheck the "Show when updating problems" option
  • Save Changes.
  • Log in as a reporter.
  • Report an issue and assign it to a developer
  • As a developer, go to the issue and click the "Change status to" button.
  • Custom field is displayed on change status page despite setting it to not be displayed

Runing on Wamp Server 3.2.6 - 64bit / PHP 8.1.0 / Windows Server 2012 R2
