Summary0034879: In Issue Trend graphs, the date is displayed in short format even if data is in hourly buckets
Description

When displaying the Issue Trend graphs and the selected date interval is <= days, then the data is broken down into hourly intervals instead of daily, but the time is not displayed.

This is confusing, as the table show multiple entries with the same date.

Issue resolved by mistake due to pushing a work-in-progress branch to the mantisbt repository instead of my own fork. Sorry about the noise.
