Trying to go to the "View Bugs" link using the Links browser (http://atrey.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~clock/twibright/links/index.html) results in "Cyclic redirect" error message (and you cannot get to the bugs list). Links is usually quite strict regarding adherence to HTML and JavaScript standards, and it doesn't forgive you some of the (maybe common) violations of these standards, so I'd expect this is really a bug in Mantis, not in Links.
