Summary	0003910: Endless redirection without cookies
Description	When the user has turned off Cookies (for security/privacy or whatever reason), some pages (I could reproduce it with http://bugs.mantisbt.org/view_all_bug_page.php) create endless redirects. Some browsers are able to detect this, but it may be possible for the browser to really hang there.
