Summary	0004029: Language changes to french
Description	When reporting issues against bugs.mantisbt.org, the language changes to french bug_report_page = english 'bug added' confirmation page = french back to bug view and your back in english Is the recently added 'detect your localization causing this?' My language in profile is set to english, so I should always get english.
