In the issue history, when the description is updated and the summary is shown, I get this:

Notice the \'Problems\'

I'm having an issue reproducing this in the CVS Head. Can you try a test site with the CVS head and a replica DB and try to reproduce it?

Just to verify, are these back ticks, forward ticks, or normal ticks... to me they look like normal ticks but I tried all three and wasn't able to reproduce.

I can't reproduce this either. I also can't see any changes between a2 and now that obviuosly fix the problem.

Unable to reproduce issue in CVS head. No responce from reporter. Awaiting review and close by project admin.
