Summary	0004984: Resolution and SolvedInVersion fields are necessary for Changelog, Summary and Graphs, but they are optional.
Description	This issue has been reported in various forms. I cannot open the 'all issues page' so I can't provide the numbers at this time. Some reports say that some issues don't appear in the changelog. According to the sourcecode, issues are only added to the changelog when both Resolution and Solved In Version are filled. Also graps and summary indicate a lot of bugs to be 'still open' while they are in fact closed. This is because the Resolution field is an optional attribute, so it's not always filled in. In addition to that, you only see it in the Advanced screen. But Changelog, Summary and Graphs depend on it! When you close a bug, you have to go to the Edit Bug page, then to Advanced, then change the resolution. I think that this field should be mandatory, on the Close Bug screen, when you close a bug. Same goes for 'solved in version', btw.
