Summary0004994: Two "system font directories" in configuration
Description

Both $g_system_font_folder (for captcha signup) and $g_relationship_graph_fontpath (for relationship graphs) point to a system wide folder of truetype fonts. This should be one configuration item. Note that jpgraph also defines the same thing through a define (TTF_DIR).

Additional Information

Suggest $g_system_font_folder becomes the defining item.

The Relationship Graph uses the $g_system_font_folder now.
