Description	In the manage_proj_page inactive Projects are not listed. Also a linked inactive Project is not listed in the Subproject list (so its not possible to unlink this Project). Logged in as administrator

has duplicate	0005604	closed	thraxisp	After removing the 'active' flag from a project it can't be set to active again!
