Summary	0005604: After removing the 'active' flag from a project it can't be set to active again!
Description	Nowhere in the administration are inactive projects shown, so that it would be possible to reactivate them. I have to set the flag manually back ( with phpMyAdmin or something like that ) to get this project active again.
