Summary	0007378: Notification-Mail when Editor is changed to other person
Description	Scenario: The editor-role of a bug is assigned to person A. Person B takes the editor-role. Person A currently does NOT get an email, that he is no more the editor. I think it would be useful if person A would get an email, that he does not have to continue working on it.
