Summary0007518: Move issue with specified category to project without categories
Description
  1. I have project (A) with few categories and another project (B) without categories at all.
  2. I have issue in project A with some specified category.
  3. I've moved this issue from project A to project B. The category remains the same - from project A (this already is a problem!)
  4. Even more - I've updated issue - while update the drop-down list of categories was blank (as far as there is no categories in project B). However, after save the category remains the same - old category from project A. Now there is no way to change this.

One option to fix this is to replace the original category with an empty category in the case that the original category doesn't exist for the target project.
