Summary	0008669: Default assign back to reporter
Description	Would it be possible to have a default values on 'assign to' dropdown on the bug_change_status_page.php page? Currently it just lists the other members of the project, but it'd be really handy to have [Reporter] as the default value.

Please read the comments in bug 0003378 as I'm not sure that we agree with re-assigning the issue outside the development team. This is problematic in the implementation as those outside the development may not have the privileges to alter the issue's status or re-assign it.
