We have the same issue, but between reporters (customers) and developers (us). Anyone any idea how this could be resolved/handled?

It would be nice to be able to select one, many users or a group (like devlopers)

Sometimes we need answer from a particular user or by any users.

By the way, you should add in My View page a section "Need feedback" and display the bug than user can answer.

In my opinion, "feedback" should mean "request feedback from reporter".
To enforce this I applied two patches that I could provide if someone is interested:

1) If someone adds a note to issue with status "feedback", the status is changed to "new" or "assigned" (depending on if there is someone assigned to the issue). (see 0004469:0010160)

2) As 0003378:0010174 suggested: A cell on MyView "Waiting for my Feedback": Status Feedback, Reporter Myself.

Item 2 was covered in 0006093.
