Summary	0009159: CSS-Classes missing on Buttons
Description	I noticed, that at least on the "manage_proj_edit_page" the buttons concerning subprojects are missing the class="button" attribut, and hence are displayed in a "wrong" styling. Maybe this is true for some other places as well
