In the version it is already possible to include/exclude a custom field from the filter. In addition I propose the possibiliy to add the custom field to the standard search fields.
If I dont change anything in the filter and just search for a value with the filter field only the following columns are searched:
Summary
Description
Additional Information

It would be nice if some custom fields could be added to this list
