If I log a defect in Mantis with admin credentials I am getting two emails how to avoide this and what changes in settings need to be done if I need to get only one email

We created a sub project under project but when we report an issue in Mantis the email is getting triggered to manager of main project , who does not have access to sub project how to avoide this?

Is there any way to check the email sent to the users in the database?

While assigning a defect in the drop down Assign to the Mantis admin names(sdcadmin and sdcadmin1) are displayed eventhough they are not added for the project . How to disable the mantis admin from the assign to drop down box
We are using 1.2.15 version of Mantis

Now we want to change the url and I have checked the files the modification date is same as the day when we installed it no one has changed it

Even in config_defaults_inc.php the $g_path (url) is not present , where I can change the URL to access the Mantis?

I have opened the config_inc.php file to edit the $g_path but the string $g_path is not present in the file config_inc.php, how to change the Mantis URL now?

Finally the issue is resolved , first we need to change the status of reopened defect to confirmed , then to resolved after changing status to resolved we can see the close button
