can i obtain a nigly relase whicch can i setup

.No i want to setup a 1.3 release on my localhost and makesome changes (including translalte) but 1.3 release doesnt installed on my previous tries. i need working and setupable relase

I would like to know if i can obtain a working release for 1.3 (beta alfa no problem). I want to prepare turkish resources from now for the future.

Also in 1.3 can we change the appearance or view wihout headache(I have changed sources by hand.. this is very difficult.coz i have to repeat ...

in this situation the answer is you have manually update this patches for everytime: or if they are useful mantis team will use the code then so no manual update necessary.
