Description	Hi, It would save me a lot of time if you could add a feature that would allow sending the bugreport as an attachment with the emailnotification that is send by Mantis.

If you get just a notification email and no description of the issue in email body and a zipped attachment you will have to open the zip and unpack it to see all information. How to you save a lot of time with it?

In Mantis this issue is opened and than I click on the bugreport (zip) to download it. After download, I open the bugreport and can see the details of the issue. What I would like is to receive the bugreport attached to the email notification, so I can open it immediately. The content of the email can remain the same. By the way I use EurekaLog from within my application to send bugreports to Mantis. The bugreport is added to the issue as an attached file.

If that's the case, this is not something we want to do. Systematic sending of all attachments to all recipients is wasteful, and in most cases not necessary.
