MantisBT 1.1.8 Released

MantisBT 1.1.8 is a maintenance update for the stable 1.1.x branch. All installations that are currently running any 1.1.x release are advised to upgrade to this release.

This is the final release of the 1.1.x series, and fixes a few small bugs and translation issues. A release candidate for 1.2.0 will be made available within the very near future, and development on the 1.1.x series will be halted as of now, barring any major issues before the final release of 1.2.0.

The release changelog can be found at:

  1. Sorry, but when I want to add an issue or update another one I got “Access denied” even when I’m admin. 🙁

  2. There is no /mantis folder. And access rights on my files (0644) and directories (0755) should be fine. And after I got that message, I am logged out.

  3. @vadim, yes it shouldn’t be a problem to migrate from 1.1.6 to 1.1.8. All your data should be maintained. However, as usual, please backup your code, attachments, configuration and database before you attempt the upgrade.

  4. Hi

Curretly we are using Mantis 1.1.4 . We are going to use Mantis 1.1.8.

can u please tell me, what are the new features added in Mantis 1.1.8 ?
and can u compare Mantis 1.1.4 and Mantis 1.1.8 ?

  5. Is it safe to migrate from a 1.0.x version (1.0.7 to be more precise) ?
Keep on the great work !

  6. Does anyone know if it’s possible to upgrade a 1.0.7 version of Mantis to the new 1.1.8 without causing too many problems?

  7. What kind of “workflow” capability does Mantis provide? Namely, creating a workflow for a type of project with assignees who must respond to a given issue or step before the progress can move forward in the project.

    Thank you.

  8. Hello, we still work with a very old version of mantis. Is it posible to upgrade Mantis 0.19.1 to 1.1.8 whithout problems?

  9. It seems that the “save” login function is not working for us anymore. Users have to regularly re-login. Is there a setting somewhere that helps with that or is this one of the things fixed in the RC?

Is there a way I can fix it from my end?
    thanks

  10. It would be nice to see the new features of versions. Could you update the demo version on your website to te latest stable version?

    Thanks
